Abstract

It is a special honor for me to address distinguished faculty, colleagues and friends of the University of Pittsburgh. I thank particularly Chancellor Mark Nordenberg, and Deans Brubaker, Herring, and Seelman. These individuals and others, in partnership with the Thornburgh Family, have shown tremendous generosity and vision to create this marvelous lecture on disability law and policy.
