Abstract

Written for the Fourth Race + IP Symposium, this Article calls for efforts to reshape intellectual property scholarship from within. Specifically, it discusses the need to develop a deeper understanding of the creators' intrinsic motivations, the inequalities of creativity and innovation within the national border, and underexplored scholarship within the intellectual property field, such as critical race intellectual property and comparative intellectual property law
